How to Protect Cells in Excel

How to Protect Cells in Excel

There are a few ways to protect cells in Excel:

1) You can password protect a sheet by going to "Review" and then "Protect Sheet".

2) You can protect cells by going to "Format" and then "Protection".

3) You can protect a workbook by going to "File" and then "Protection".

If you password protect a sheet, then users will be prompted to enter the password before they can make any changes to the sheet. If you protect cells by going to "Format" and then "Protection", then users will not be able to edit the cells that you have selected. If you protect a workbook by going to "File" and then "Protection", then users will not be able to open the workbook or make any changes to it.
