How to Print Address Labels from Excel

There are a few ways to print labels from Excel. One way is to create a label template in Excel. To do this, open a new Excel document and go to the "Page Layout" tab. In the "Print" section, click on "Labels." This will open up a new window with a list of all the label sizes that Excel supports. Select the size of label you are using, and then click on the "Create" button. This will open up a new worksheet with a grid of labels.

To create a label, start by typing the text you want in the first cell. Then, select the cell below it and type the address. Repeat this process until you have filled in the entire grid. When you are finished, go to the "File" tab and click on "Print." This will open up the print dialog box. Select the printer you are using and click on the "Print" button.
