There are a few ways to lock a row in Excel. One way is to select the row you want to lock and then go to the Format menu and choose "Lock Cells." Another way is to select the row you want to lock and then go to the Home menu and choose "Protect Sheet." If you want to lock a row but still allow users to enter data into the cells in that row, you can select the row you want to lock and then go to the Format menu and choose "Protected Cells."
