How to Identify Duplicates in Excel

There are a few ways to identify duplicates in Excel. One way is to use the built-in "Find and Replace" feature. To do this, select the column with the data you want to check for duplicates and then go to the "Home" tab and select "Find and Replace." In the "Find and Replace" window, select "Duplicate Values" from the "Find What" drop-down menu. Then, select "Replace with" and enter the value you want to replace the duplicates with. Click "Replace All" and Excel will replace all of the duplicates with the value you entered.

Another way to identify duplicates in Excel is to use the "Remove Duplicates" feature. To do this, select the column with the data you want to check for duplicates and then go to the "Data" tab and select "Remove Duplicates." Excel will remove all of the duplicates from the column.

A third way to identify duplicates in Excel is to use the "Count Duplicates" feature. To do this, select the column with the data you want to check for duplicates and then go to the "Data" tab and select "Count Duplicates." Excel will count the number of duplicates in the column.
