How to Highlight Duplicates in Excel

There are a few ways to highlight duplicates in Excel. The easiest way is to use the built-in "Highlight Duplicates" feature. To do this, select the range of cells that you want to check for duplicates, and then go to the "Home" tab and click on the "Highlight Duplicates" button in the "Editing" group. Excel will then highlight any duplicates in the selected range.

Another way to highlight duplicates is to use the "Conditional Formatting" feature. To do this, select the range of cells that you want to check for duplicates, and then go to the "Format" tab and click on the "Conditional Formatting" button. In the "Conditional Formatting" dialog box, select "Duplicate Values" from the "Condition" drop-down list, and then click on the "Format" button. Excel will then display the "Format Cells" dialog box. In the "Format Cells" dialog box, select the desired formatting for duplicates, and then click on the "OK" button.
