There are a few ways to freeze rows in Excel. The easiest way is to click on the row header and then drag it down until you reach the row you want to freeze. Once you have it in the correct spot, release your mouse and a little lock will appear in the row header. This will keep the row locked in place while you scroll through the rest of the data.
Another way to freeze rows is to use the freeze panes function. To do this, go to the View tab and click on Freeze Panes. From here, you can select which rows you want to freeze. You can also freeze the column headers by selecting the Freeze Columns option. This will keep the column headers in place while you scroll through the data.
