How to Create a Histogram in Excel

A histogram is a graphical representation of the distribution of data. It is created by dividing the data into intervals and then plotting the number of data points within each interval.

To create a histogram in Excel, you first need to create a table of data. The data should be arranged in ascending order. Then, select the data and click on the Insert tab. In the Charts group, select the Histogram button and then click on the OK button.

Excel will create a histogram with default settings. You can customize the histogram by changing the number of intervals, the width of the intervals, and the type of chart. You can also add a title and labels to the chart.
