Google Sheets

DAYS360 is a function in Google Sheets that calculates the number of days between two dates, using the 360-day year. To use the DAYS360 function, enter the following into a cell: =DAYS360(start_date, end_date)

For example, if you want to know how many days are between January 1, 2019 and February 28, 2019, you would enter the following into a cell: =DAYS360(1/1/2019, 2/28/2019)

This would return the result of 89 days.

DAYS360(start_date, end_date, unit)

The syntax of DAYS360 in Google Sheets is as follows:

DAYS360(start_date, end_date, unit)

Where:

start_date is the date from which you want to calculate the number of days

end_date is the date up to which you want to calculate the number of days

unit is the unit of time you want to use for the calculation (e.g. days, weeks, months)

There are a few ways to use DAYS360 in Google Sheets. The most basic way is to use it to calculate the number of days between two dates. You can do this by entering the dates in the cells A1 and B1, and then using the formula =DAYS360(B1,A1) in cell C1. This will give you the number of days between the two dates.

Another way to use DAYS360 is to use it to calculate the number of days until a date. To do this, you would enter the date in cell A1, and then use the formula =DAYS360(A1,TODAY()) in cell C1. This will give you the number of days until the date in A1.

Finally, you can also use DAYS360 to calculate the number of days left in a given year. To do this, you would enter the year in cell A1, and then use the formula =DAYS360(A1,TODAY()) in cell C1. This will give you the number of days left in the year.

The DAYS360 function in Google Sheets should not be used when working with dates prior to January 1, 1900 or after December 31, 9999. Additionally, the DAYS360 function should not be used when calculating dates that are more than 7 days apart.

DAYS360 is a Google Sheets function that calculates the number of days between two dates based on a 360 day year. This function is useful for calculating the number of days between two dates in the past or future, or for calculating the number of days left until a future date. There are several similar formulae available in Google Sheets that can be used to calculate the number of days between two dates. The DATEDIF function can be used to calculate the number of days, months, or years between two dates. The TODAY function can be used to calculate the number of days since today. The NOW function can be used to calculate the number of seconds since today.
