Zooming In On Your Worksheet in Excel

When you zoom in on a worksheet, everything on the sheet becomes larger. This is helpful when you want to see more detail in a small area, or if you want to make sure you're not missing any important information. To zoom in, follow these steps:

  1. Click the View tab on the ribbon.
  2. In the Zoom group, click the Zoom button.
  3. Click Zoom In.

You can also zoom in by using the mouse wheel. To do this, position the cursor over the worksheet area and then turn the wheel away from you to zoom in, or turn it toward you to zoom out.
