Viewing workbook statistics in Excel can be a very helpful way to see how your workbook is performing. There are many different things that you can view, including:

• The number of sheets in the workbook
• The number of cells in the workbook
• The number of formulas in the workbook
• The number of characters in the workbook
• The number of words in the workbook
• The number of pages in the workbook
• The file size of the workbook

To view these statistics, simply click on the "File" tab at the top of Excel and then click on "Info". From here, you will be able to see all of the different statistics that are available for your workbook.
