Using Go To to Jump to a Chart Sheet in Excel

You can use the Go To command to quickly jump to a chart sheet in an Excel workbook. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click the worksheet tab for the sheet that contains the chart you want to view.
  2. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Find & Select, and then click Go To. Or, press F5.
  3. In the Go To dialog box, click Special.

  4. Under Select what you would like to search for, click Chart Objects, and then click

  5. Click : (colon). This step is optional, but it can help you more easily identify your chart sheets.

  6. Click > (greater than sign). This step is optional, but it can help you more easily identify your chart sheets.

  7. Click OK.

  8. To return to your worksheet, on the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Find & Select, and then click Go To.
