The Problem with Missing Context Menu Options in Excel

The problem with missing context menu options in Excel is that it can be very difficult to figure out how to get the options back. There are a few things that you can try, but it may take some trial and error to get the options back. Here are a few things to try:

  1. First, try restarting Excel. This will sometimes fix the problem.
  2. If that doesn't work, try opening Excel in Safe Mode. To do this, hold down the Ctrl key while you click on the Excel icon. This will open a dialog box where you can select "Safe Mode".
  3. If Safe Mode doesn't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Excel. This will usually fix the problem.
  4. If none of these things work, you may need to contact Microsoft for support. They may be able to help you figure out what's going on.

Missing context menu options can be frustrating, but hopefully one of these solutions will help you fix the problem.
