Sorting by Five Columns in Excel

To sort by five columns in Excel, first select the cells you want to sort. Then, click the Data tab on the ribbon and click the Sort button. In the Sort dialog box, click the Options button. Under Columns, enter 5 in the Number of columns box. Make sure the My data has headers checkbox is selected and then click OK.

Now, in the Sort dialog box, you can choose which column you want to sort by first, second, third, fourth, and fifth. Simply select the column you want to sort by from the drop-down list next to each Sort by option. You can also choose whether to sort in ascending or descending order.

Once you have everything set up how you want it, simply click the OK button and your data will be sorted by the five columns you selected!
