Removing Spaces in Excel

Removing spaces in Excel can be a bit tricky, but there are a few different ways that you can do it. One way is to use the Find and Replace tool. To do this, simply click on the "Find and Replace" button in the top toolbar. Then, in the "Find what" field, type in a space. Leave the "Replace with" field blank, and click on the "Replace All" button. This will remove all of the spaces from your worksheet.

Another way to remove spaces in Excel is to use the TRIM function. This function will remove any leading or trailing spaces from your cells. To use this function, simply select the cells that you want to trim, and then type =TRIM(cell) into the cell. This will remove any extra spaces from your cells.

If you want to remove all spaces from your worksheet, you can use the CLEAN function. This function will remove any non-printing characters from your cells. To use this function, simply select the cells that you want to clean, and then type =CLEAN(cell) into the cell. This will remove all of the non-printing characters from your cells.
