Quickly Switching Between Spreadsheet Windows in Excel

If you're like most people, you probably have multiple windows open at any given time while working in Excel. And if you're working with spreadsheets, chances are good that you have more than one spreadsheet open as well. So how do you quickly switch between them?

There are a few different ways to do it, but the quickest and easiest way is to use the keyboard shortcut Alt + Tab. This will bring up a list of all the open windows, and you can just keep pressing Tab until the window you want is selected. Then just let go of the Alt key and you'll be switched to that window.

If you want a more visual way to switch between windows, you can use the Window Switcher. To bring it up, just click on the View tab and then select Window Switcher. This will give you a thumbnail view of all your open windows, and you can just click on the one you want to switch to.

Another way to quickly switch between spreadsheet windows is to use the Window Navigation Buttons. These are located on the right side of the View tab, and they look like little arrows pointing left and right. Just click on the arrow that points in the direction of the window you want to switch to and Excel will take care of the rest.
