Printing Multiple Worksheets on a Single Page in Excel

When you want to print multiple worksheets on a single page in Excel, you have a few different options. You can use the Print Area feature to select which cells you want to print, or you can use the Page Layout feature to specify how many pages wide and tall you want your printout to be.

Print Area

The Print Area feature allows you to select which cells you want to print. To use this feature, first select the cells that you want to print. Then, go to the File tab and click Print. In the Settings section, click the drop-down menu next to Print Area and select Set Print Area. This will open the Page Setup dialog box. In the Page Setup dialog box, click the Sheet tab. Then, in the Print area section, click the radio button next to Selection. Finally, click OK.

Page Layout

The Page Layout feature allows you to specify how many pages wide and tall you want your printout to be. To use this feature, go to the File tab and click Print. In the Settings section, click the drop-down menu next to Page Layout and select Custom Margins. This will open the Page Setup dialog box. In the Page Setup dialog box, click the Margins tab. Then, in the Margins section, enter the width and height that you want your pages to be in inches. Finally, click OK.
