Printing More Than One Copy in Excel

To print more than one copy of an Excel spreadsheet, first open the spreadsheet in Excel. Then, click on the File tab in the top-left corner of the screen. Next, click on Print in the drop-down menu. In the print dialog box that appears, select the number of copies you want to print in the Copies field. Finally, click on the Print button to print your spreadsheet.

If you want to print a specific range of cells in your spreadsheet, you can do so by selecting those cells before opening the Print dialog box. To select a range of cells, click on the first cell in the range and then hold down the Shift key while clicking on the last cell in the range. This will select all of the cells in between those two cells as well.

Once you have your desired cells selected, click on the File tab and then click on Print in the drop-down menu. In the print dialog box that appears, make sure that your selected cells are highlighted in the Print area field. Then, select the number of copies you want to print in the Copies field and click on the Print button.
