There are a few different ways that you can print limited pages from a range of worksheets in Excel. One way is to use the Page Layout view. To do this, first make sure that your workbook is saved. Then, click the View tab on the ribbon and select Page Layout view from the Workbook Views group.
Once you are in Page Layout view, you will see that each worksheet has its own tab at the bottom of the window. Click on the tab for the first worksheet that you want to print. Then, click the Page Setup button in the Page Setup group on the ribbon. In the Page Setup dialog box, click the Print Titles tab.
On the Print Titles tab, in the Sheet options section, enter the range of pages that you want to print in the Print area box. You can also specify which rows or columns should appear on every page by entering their addresses in the Rows to repeat at top and Columns to repeat at left boxes, respectively. When you are finished, click OK.
Now that you have specified which pages you want to print, you can click the Print button in the Print group on the ribbon (or press Ctrl+P) to open the Print dialog box. In the Print dialog box, make sure that your printer is selected in the drop-down list at the top and then click OK.
Your selected pages will now begin printing!
