Opening Non-Excel Files in Excel

There are a few ways to open non-Excel files in Excel. One way is to use the Text Import Wizard. To do this, open the file in Excel, click File > Open, and select the file. Then, click the Data tab, click From Text/CSV, and click Import. Another way to open a non-Excel file in Excel is to save the file as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. To do this, open the file in a text editor such as Notepad or TextEdit, and then save the file with a .csv extension. Once you have saved the file, you can open it in Excel by clicking File > Open, and selecting the file. You can also open a non-Excel file in Excel by converting it to an Excel workbook. To do this, open the file in the program that created it, and then save the file as an .xlsx or .xlsm file. Once you have saved the file, you can open it in Excel by clicking File > Open, and selecting the file.
