Inserting hyperlinks in Excel is a relatively simple process that can be accomplished in a few steps. First, open your Excel document. Next, highlight the text or cell you want to turn into a hyperlink. Then, click the Insert tab on the ribbon. In the Links group, click Hyperlink. This will open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.
In the "Address" field, type or paste the URL you want to link to. You can also use the "Browse" button to find a file on your computer that you want to link to. If you want to link to a specific place in the document, such as a specific cell or named range, select it from the "Bookmark" drop-down list.
You can also add a tooltip - this is the text that will appear when someone hovers over the hyperlink with their mouse. To do this, type the text you want in the "Text to display" field. When you're finished, click "OK" to insert the hyperlink.
