Inserting a Sound File in Your Worksheet in Excel

You can insert a sound file into your worksheet in Excel by following these steps:

  1. Open your worksheet in Excel.
  2. Click on the cell where you want to insert the sound file.
  3. Click on the Insert tab on the ribbon.
  4. Click on the Object button in the Text group.
  5. In the Insert Object dialog box, click on the Create from File tab.

  1. Click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the location of the sound file that you want to insert.

  1. Select the sound file and click on the "Open" button.

      • The sound file will now be inserted into your worksheet.

    1. You can now play the sound file by clicking on it. The sound will play through your computer's speakers.
