Hyperlinks to charts in Excel

Hyperlinks in Excel are a great way to quickly navigate between different parts of a workbook. By creating hyperlinks to charts, you can easily jump to the chart you need without having to scroll through the workbook. Here's how to create hyperlinks to charts in Excel:

  1. Open the workbook that contains the chart you want to link to. Select the cell where you want the hyperlink to appear.
  2. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink.
  3. In the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, do one of the following:
    • To link to a chart in another workbook, click Existing File or Web Page under Link to, and then enter the path and file name of the workbook that contains the chart.
    • To link to a chart in the current workbook, click Place in This Document under Link to, and then click the sheet that contains the chart.
  4. In the Text to display box, enter text or a number that will appear as a hyperlink. This can be anything you want, such as "Click here to see the chart."
  5. Click OK.
