Hyperlinks in Excel are a great way to quickly navigate between different parts of a workbook. By creating hyperlinks to charts, you can easily jump to the chart you need without having to scroll through the workbook. Here's how to create hyperlinks to charts in Excel:
- Open the workbook that contains the chart you want to link to. Select the cell where you want the hyperlink to appear.
- On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink.
- In the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, do one of the following:
- To link to a chart in another workbook, click Existing File or Web Page under Link to, and then enter the path and file name of the workbook that contains the chart.
- To link to a chart in the current workbook, click Place in This Document under Link to, and then click the sheet that contains the chart.
- In the Text to display box, enter text or a number that will appear as a hyperlink. This can be anything you want, such as "Click here to see the chart."
- Click OK.
