You can sort or filter by conditional format results in Excel by using the following steps:

  1. Open your Excel spreadsheet.
  2. Click on the Data tab.
  3. Click on the Sort & Filter button.
  4. Click on the Filter button.
  5. Click on the drop-down arrow next to the column you want to filter by conditional format results.
  6. Click on the Conditional Formatting option.
