You can sort or filter by conditional format results in Excel by using the following steps:
- Open your Excel spreadsheet.
- Click on the Data tab.
- Click on the Sort & Filter button.
- Click on the Filter button.
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the column you want to filter by conditional format results.
- Click on the Conditional Formatting option.
- Select the desired conditional formatting option from the list.
