How to Move Macros from the Personal Workbook in Excel

There are a few different ways that you can move macros from the Personal Workbook in Excel. One way is to use the Macro Recorder. To do this, open the Personal Workbook and press the Record Macro button on the toolbar. Then, use Excel as you normally would to perform the actions that you want to record. When you're finished, press the Stop Recording button on the toolbar. This will generate a macro that you can then copy and paste into another workbook.

Another way to move macros is to use the Visual Basic Editor. To do this, open the Personal Workbook and press Alt+F11 to open the Visual Basic Editor. In the editor, expand the Modules folder and find the module that contains the macro that you want to move. Right-click on the module and select Export. Save the module to a location that you can remember, then close the Visual Basic Editor.

Open the workbook where you want to store the macro and press Alt+F11 to open the Visual Basic Editor again. In the editor, select File > Import File and import the module that you exported from the Personal Workbook. The macro will now be available in this workbook.
