How to Convert to Hyperlinks in a Shared Workbook in Excel

If you have a shared workbook in Microsoft Excel that you want to convert to hyperlinks, there are a few steps you'll need to follow. First, open the shared workbook in Excel. Then, click on the "File" tab at the top of the screen. Next, click on "Save As." In the "Save As" dialogue box, select "Web Page (*.htm;*.html)" from the "Save as type" drop-down menu. You may also want to check the "Tools" drop-down menu and select "Embed TrueType fonts." Click "Save."

Once the file has been saved as a web page, open it in your web browser. You'll see that each sheet in the workbook is now its own web page. To convert these pages to hyperlinks, simply highlight the text you want to turn into a link and click the "Insert Hyperlink" button on the toolbar. In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialogue box, enter the URL of the page you want to link to and click "OK."

That's all there is to it! Now all of the sheets in your shared workbook will be hyperlinked pages that can be easily navigated by anyone who opens them in a web browser.
