Entering or Importing Times without Colons in Excel

If you want to enter or import time values into Microsoft Excel without using colons, there are a few different ways that you can do so. One way is to use the text input method, where you would type the time value into the cell followed by the letter "a" for AM or "p" for PM. For example, if you wanted to enter 1:30 PM into a cell, you would type "1:30p" into the cell. Another way is to use the military time format, which uses 24-hour clock. So, 1:30 PM would be 13:30 in military time. To enter military time values into Excel, you would just type the 4-digit number into the cell. You can also use the date input method, where you would type in a date and time value in the format "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss". For example, if you wanted to enter 1:30 PM on January 1st, 2020, you would type "01/01/2020 13:30:00" into the cell.
