Embedding a Chart in a Word Document in Excel

To embed a chart in a Word document in Excel, first open the Word document and select the Insert tab. Then click on the Object button in the Text group. This will open the Insert Object dialog box. Select Microsoft Graph Chart from the list and click OK.

Next, open the Excel workbook that contains the data you want to use to create the chart. Select the data and then click on the Insert tab. Choose the type of chart you want to create from the Charts group. For this example, we will choose a Column chart.

Once the chart is inserted into your Word document, you can resize it and move it to where you want it. You can also edit the data in the Excel workbook and the changes will be reflected in the chart in your Word document.
