To disable printing in Excel, you'll need to open the File tab and select Print. This will open the Print dialog box. From here, you can select Properties, and then click the Advanced button. In the Advanced Print Setup dialog box, clear the check box next to Enable Printing. Click OK to close the dialog boxes.

Now when you try to print from Excel, you'll receive an error message saying that printing is disabled. To re-enable printing, simply follow the same steps and check the Enable Printing box.
