When you disable moving between worksheets in Excel, it means that you cannot use the mouse or keyboard to switch between tabs. This can be useful if you want to prevent someone from accidentally moving to another sheet, or if you simply want to keep people on one sheet while you're working on another.
To disable moving between worksheets, open the Excel file that you want to work with. Then, click the "File" tab at the top of the screen and select "Options."
