If you have a list of data in Excel that contains duplicates, you can use the Remove Duplicates feature to delete the duplicate values and keep only the unique values. To remove duplicates:
In the Remove Duplicates dialog box, do one or both of the following:
To delete duplicate rows and keep only unique rows, select all columns.
To delete duplicate rows and keep only unique rows based on certain columns, select only those columns.
Click (OK). The duplicate values are deleted from the selected cells, and only the unique values are retained.
