If you have a list of names in an Excel spreadsheet and you want to delete all but a few, there are a few ways to do this. One way is to use the Find and Replace feature. To do this, click on the Edit menu at the top of the screen and then click on Find and Replace. In the Find what: field, type the name you want to keep. Then, in the Replace with: field, leave it blank. Finally, click on the Replace All button. This will replace all of the names with blanks, except for the one you entered in the Find what: field.
Another way to do this is to use the Filter feature. To do this, click on the column header of the column with the names you want to delete. Then, click on the Data menu at the top of the screen and click on Filter. In the drop-down menu that appears, uncheck all of the names except for the one you want to keep. Then, click on the (Select All) checkbox at the top of the list. This will select all of the cells in that column except for the one with your chosen name. Finally, press the Delete key on your keyboard.
