Cropping Graphics in Excel

There are a number of ways to crop graphics in Excel. The most common way is to use the Crop tool, which is located in the Tools group on the Format tab. To crop a graphic, select it, then click the Crop tool. Drag the cropping handles to the desired location, then click outside of the graphic to deselect it.

Another way to crop graphics is to use the Picture Tools Format tab. First, select the graphic, then click the Picture Tools Format tab. In the Adjust group, click on the Crop button. Drag the cropping handles to desired location, then click outside of the graphic to deselect it.

You can also crop graphics by resizing them. To do this, select the graphic, then click and drag one of the corner resizing handles. As you drag the handle, you'll see a preview of how the graphic will look when it's cropped.
