Creating a New Toolbar in Excel

Assuming you would like to create a custom toolbar in Microsoft Excel:

  1. Open a new or existing workbook in Excel.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Customize.
  3. In the Customize dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
  4. Click New.
  5. In the New Toolbar dialog box, type a name for the new toolbar.
  6. Click OK.
  7. In the Customize dialog box, click on the Commands tab.
  8. Under Categories, select All Commands.
  9. Drag the desired commands from the Commands list to the new toolbar.
