When you filter data in Excel, only the visible cells are copied to the clipboard. This can be frustrating if you want to copy all of the results of your filter, including the hidden cells. Here's a workaround that will let you do just that.
1. Select the cells that you want to copy, including any hidden cells. To do this, click on the first cell in your selection and then hold down the Shift key while clicking on the last cell. All of the cells between those two points will be selected.
2. Go to the Home tab and click Find & Select. Then click Go To Special. A dialog box will appear.
3. In the dialog box, make sure that Visible Cells Only is selected and click OK. All of the visible cells in your selection will now be highlighted.
4. Press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Command+C(Mac) to copy those cells to the clipboard.
