Copying Subtotals in Excel

There are a few different ways to copy subtotals in Excel. One way is to use the Paste Special feature. To do this, first select the cells that contain the subtotals. Then, click on the Home tab and find the Paste drop-down menu. Click on Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, select Values and then click OK. This will paste only the values of the cells, not the formulas.

Another way to copy subtotals in Excel is to use the Copy and Paste Values features. To do this, first select the cells that contain the subtotals. Then, click on the Home tab and find the Clipboard group. Click on the Copy button. Next, select the cell where you want to paste the values. Then, click on the Paste Values button. This will paste only the values of the cells, not the formulas.
