Changing Paper Size for a Complete Workbook in Excel

To change the paper size for an entire workbook in Excel, you'll need to first select the Page Layout tab. Then, click on the Size drop-down menu and select the desired paper size. If you don't see the size you want, you can click on More Paper Sizes at the bottom of the list.

Once you've selected the paper size, all of the worksheets in your workbook will be updated to use that size. If you want to change the paper size for just one worksheet, you can do so by selecting that worksheet and then going to Page Layout > Size.
