To change how arrows look in Excel, first open the Excel file. Then, click on the "File" tab at the top left of the screen. Next, click on "Options." In the "Excel Options" window that appears, click on "Advanced" in the left sidebar. Scroll down to the "Display" section and find the "Show arrowheads on all segments" option. Click the drop-down menu next to this option and select "Yes." Finally, click "OK" at the bottom of the window to save your changes.
Now, all of your arrows will have arrowheads! If you want to change the color or style of the arrowheads, you'll need to use a graphic editor like Photoshop or Illustrator.
