Changes in Font Size when Copying in Excel

When you copy text in Microsoft Excel, the font size of the copied text may be different from the original text. This can happen if the font size of the original text is not available on your computer, or if the selected cells have different font sizes. To avoid this problem, you can use the following steps:

  1. Select the cells that you want to copy.
  2. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Font Size.
  3. Click the font size that you want to use.
  4. Click Copy.

The new font size will be applied to the copied text.
