Adjusting Cell Margins for More White Space in Excel

If you want more white space around the cells in your Excel spreadsheet, you can adjust the cell margins. Here's how:

  1. Select the cells that you want to adjust. You can select multiple cells by holding down the Ctrl key while you click on each cell.
  2. Right-click on one of the selected cells and choose "Format Cells" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Format Cells" dialog box, click on the tab for "Alignment."
  4. In the "Cell Margins" section, enter the amount of space that you want around the cells. You can enter different values for top, bottom, left, and right.
  5. Click on the OK button to close the dialog box and apply your changes.
