Zoom in Excel Shortcut: How to Quickly Change Your Zoom Level
If you work with large spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, you know how frustrating it can be to constantly scroll back and forth to see all the data. Fortunately, there's a handy shortcut that lets you quickly change the zoom level so you can see more or less data on the screen at once.
To zoom in or out, hold down the Ctrl key and scroll up or down with your mouse. You can also use the Ctrl key and the plus and minus keys on your keyboard to zoom in and out.
If you want to return to the default zoom level, press Ctrl+0 (zero).
You can also use the zoom slider in the bottom right corner of the Excel window. Just click and drag the slider to the left to zoom out or to the right to zoom in.
Finally, you can change the zoom level for an entire worksheet by going to the View tab on the ribbon and selecting Zoom. From here, you can choose a preset zoom level or enter a custom zoom level.
