If you're anything like me, you're always looking for ways to save time when working in Excel. One way to do this is to use keyboard shortcuts instead of mouse clicks where possible. Today I want to share with you a keyboard shortcut that can be used to unhide rows in Excel.
The keyboard shortcut to unhide rows in Excel is Ctrl+Shift+9. To use this shortcut, simply select the rows that you want to unhide and then press the Ctrl, Shift, and 9 keys on your keyboard at the same time. The rows will then be unhidden.
If you want to hide rows instead of unhiding them, the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+9. So, to hide the rows that you just unhid, simply select them and press Ctrl+9 on your keyboard.
