If you work with data in Microsoft Excel, you know how important it is to be able to quickly and easily transpose data from one format to another. For example, you may have a list of data in columns that you need to convert to a list in rows, or vice versa. The good news is that there is a keyboard shortcut that can help you quickly transpose data in Excel.

To use the transpose shortcut, simply select the data you want to transpose, then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. That's it! The data will be transposed and you'll be able to work with it in the new format.
