How to Use the Strikethrough Shortcut in Excel

If you're like most people, you probably don't use the strikethrough shortcut in Excel very often. But when you need to strikethrough text in Excel, it can be a real time-saver. Here's how to use the strikethrough shortcut in Excel.

First, select the cell or range of cells that you want to strikethrough. Then, press the following keys on your keyboard:

Ctrl + 5

That's it! The text in the selected cells will now be struck through.

If you want to remove the strikethrough formatting from cells, simply select the cells and press the following keys on your keyboard:

Ctrl + 5
