Shortcut to insert comments in excel

If you work with Microsoft Excel, you probably already know that you can insert comments into cells. Comments are a great way to add additional information or notes about a particular cell. Did you know that there is a keyboard shortcut that you can use to quickly insert comments into cells?

To insert a comment into a cell, simply select the cell and press the Ctrl + Shift + O keys on your keyboard. This shortcut will open the Insert Comment dialog box. From here, you can type your comment and then click the OK button.

If you want to quickly edit an existing comment, you can use the same shortcut. Simply select the cell that contains the comment and press the Ctrl + Shift + O keys on your keyboard. This will open the Edit Comment dialog box. From here, you can make your changes and then click the OK button.

If you want to delete a comment, you can select the cell that contains the comment and press the Ctrl + Shift + O keys on your keyboard. This will open the Edit Comment dialog box. From here, you can click the Delete button.

The Ctrl + Shift + O shortcut is a great way to quickly insert, edit, or delete comments in Excel. Give it a try the next time you need to add a comment to a cell!
