How to Quickly Hide Rows in Excel Using a Simple Shortcut

If you're like most people, you probably spend a lot of time working in Microsoft Excel. And if you're like most people, you probably have a lot of data in your Excel spreadsheets. If you need to hide some of that data, you can do so quickly and easily using a simple shortcut.

To hide a row in Excel, simply select the row you want to hide and then press the Ctrl+9 key combination. That's it! The row will be hidden from view.

If you need to hide multiple rows, you can select them all by holding down the Shift key and then pressing the Ctrl+9 key combination. All of the selected rows will be hidden.

To unhide rows, simply select the rows you want to unhide and then press the Ctrl+Shift+9 key combination. That's all there is to it!
