Add a Row in Excel the Quick Way With This Shortcut

If you're like most people, you probably use Microsoft Excel to help you organize data. And if you're like most people, you probably find yourself adding rows to your Excel spreadsheet on a regular basis.

If you're still doing it the old-fashioned way - by right-clicking on the row above where you want to insert a new row and then selecting "Insert" from the drop-down menu - then you're wasting valuable time. There's a much quicker way to do it.

Here's how: simply hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard and then press the "Spacebar". That's it! Doing this will automatically insert a new row above the one you have selected.

If you want to insert multiple rows at once, simply select the number of rows you want to insert (by clicking on the row headers to the left of the spreadsheet), and then follow the same steps.

This shortcut may seem like a small time-saver, but if you're someone who adds rows to Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis, it can really add up!
