How to Use the Redo Shortcut in Excel

If you're like most people, you probably use the undo shortcut quite frequently in Excel. But what about the redo shortcut?

Just like the undo shortcut, the redo shortcut is a great way to quickly fix mistakes. But unlike the undo shortcut, the redo shortcut can also be used to quickly apply changes that you've made.

Here's how to use the redo shortcut in Excel:

  1. First, make sure that you have the cell or range of cells that you want to redo selected.
  2. Next, press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard.
  3. While you're holding down the Ctrl key, press the Y key. This will redo the last change that you made.
  4. If you want to redo multiple changes, you can press the Y key multiple times. Each time you press the Y key, Excel will redo the last change that you made.

That's all there is to it! The redo shortcut is a great way to quickly fix mistakes or apply changes in Excel.
