25 Keyboard Shortcuts to Hide or unhide Columns and Rows in Excel

1. To hide a column, select the column you want to hide and press Ctrl + 0 (zero).

2. To unhide a column, select the column to the right of the hidden column and press Ctrl + Shift + 0.

3. To hide multiple columns, select the columns you want to hide and press Ctrl + 0.

4. To unhide multiple columns, select the column to the right of the first hidden column and press Ctrl + Shift + 0.

5. To hide a row, select the row you want to hide and press Ctrl + 9.

6. To unhide a row, select the row below the hidden row and press Ctrl + Shift + 9.
