1. To group rows: Select the rows you want to group, then press Ctrl+Shift+↓ (down arrow).

2. To group columns: Select the columns you want to group, then press Ctrl+Shift+→ (right arrow).

3. To ungroup rows: Select the rows you want to ungroup, then press Ctrl+Shift+↑ (up arrow).

4. To ungroup columns: Select the columns you want to ungroup, then press Ctrl+Shift+← (left arrow).

5. To group by rows and columns at the same time: Select the cells you want to group, then press Ctrl+Shift+↓ (down arrow) followed by Ctrl+Shift+→ (right arrow).

6. To ungroup by rows and columns at the same time: Select the cells you want to ungroup, then press Ctrl+Shift+↑ (up arrow) followed by Ctrl+Shift+← (left arrow).
