How to Delete a Row in Excel: The Fastest Way

Deleting a row in Excel is a very common task that you will likely have to do quite often. There are a few different ways that you can delete a row, but some are faster than others. In this article, we will show you the fastest way to delete a row in Excel.

The first thing you need to do is select the row that you want to delete. You can do this by clicking on the row number on the left side of the screen. Once the row is selected, you can press the delete key on your keyboard or right-click on the row and select delete from the menu.

You can also delete multiple rows at once by selecting multiple rows and then pressing the delete key on your keyboard or right-clicking and selecting delete from the menu. To select multiple rows, you can click on the first row, hold down the shift key, and then click on the last row. This will select all of the rows in between the first and last row.

Once you have selected the rows that you want to delete, you can press the delete key on your keyboard or right-click and select delete from the menu. This will delete all of the selected rows.
